I haven't finished this course yet but I have gained so much insight from the things I have learned thus far. I have always been interested in cycle tracking for health and wellness as well as basic family planning. I'm still in my first month of tracking but it has been so interesting to take those few moments and really contemplate the signs I am tracking and gain more insight into how my body functions throughout my cycle. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is interested in learning more about your body, specifically your cycle!
